To change your email address or desired delivery content or to cancel your registration, please access the Information Change Form or the Registration Cancelation Form provided in the email and follow the procedure therein.
If you have deleted the email from the Agency, or URL for the Information Change Form or the Registration Cancelation Form has expired (90 days after issuance), please access the URL Re-Issue Form and enter your registered email address. An email that notifies you of the URLs for the Information Change Form or the Registration Cancelation Form will be sent to your registered email address.
