Based on the Act on Access to Information Held by Administrative Organs, the information disclosure system aims to disclose all information held by government organizations in order to fulfill the government’s responsibility to explain its activities to its citizens, and to contribute to the promotion of a fair and democratic government that is subject to the public's accurate understanding and criticism.
