Regarding legal representatives

  • Parents (people with parental authority)
    If the applicant is under the age of twenty, then responsibility falls to the adult with the right and duty to supervise and protect the applicant's identity and property, and to ensure that they receive an education.
  • Guardians of minors
    If the applicant is under the age of twenty, in the absence of a person with parental authority (or should said person be unable to exercise their parental rights), then responsibility falls to the person charged with the applicant's care.
  • Guardians of legal adults
    If the applicant is an adult ward, then responsibility falls to either a person who performs legal acts on their behalf, or a person who assists them with such tasks.
