How to submit Please fill in the application form with the required information, prepare the attached documents, and submit them together to the proper counter at a Regional Immigration Services Bureau. The detained foreign national's representative, caretaker, spouse, or the detainee's direct relatives such as siblings, can apply on behalf of the detainee.
Handling fee There is no handling fee. (However, bonds must be paid in the case of permission for provisional release.)
