Procedural basis Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act, Article 19-23, Paragraph 1 (Effective April 1, 2019)
Applicant Individuals tasked with implementing the entire Support Plan for Specified Skilled Workers (i), as consigned via contract by the affiliated organization of the specified skilled worker.
Application period/review period Since it takes about two months to review an application for registration as a registered support organization, applicants are encouraged to apply at least two months before the expiration date.

    • Please attach 28,400 yen worth of revenue stamps for the application fee.
    • Please note that stamps will not be refunded after submitting an application.
  4. Reply envelope (a kakugata no. 2 envelope with the address clearly showing and a 440-yen postage stamp (simplified registered mail) attached)

Examination criteria Whether or not there is a relevant reason to reject the registration (based on each item of Article 19-26, Paragraph 1 of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (effective April 1, 2019) (in Japanese))
Handling fee 28,400 yen (must be paid at the time of application)
Review results
  1. When it is recognized that there is no relevant reason to refuse the registration

    The organization will be registered in the Registry of Registered Support Organizations, and issued a registered support organization registration notice.
    The registration is valid for five years. Those who wish to renew the validity period should apply for registration renewal.

  2. When it is recognized that there is no relevant reason to accept the registration

    A registration rejection notice will be issued.
