    (Note) The materials to be submitted will vary depending on the content of the notification. (For more information, see Chapter 7 of "Operational Guidelines for Accepting Foreign National Workers with Specific Skills.") Depending on the content of the notification, additional proof may be required.

Where to submit Online:Notifications may be submitted online, through the Immigration Services Agency's e-Notification System. (Click here to be taken to the e-Notification page.) Advance user registration is required.
In person: The Regional Immigration Services Bureau (excluding Airport offices) with jurisdiction over the head office address of the registered support organization (Please contact either a Regional Immigration Services Bureau  or an Immigration Information Center (Tel: 0570-013904).)
Notification by standard mail: Enclose a copy of a document certifying your identity and forward all items to the Regional Immigration Services Bureau having jurisdiction over the head office address of the registered support organization. Please write "登録支援機関届出書在中" in Japanese in red on the front of the envelope.
Counter hours for in-person submission Weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (The day or time may vary depending on the procedure, so contact either the Regional Immigration Services Bureau or the Immigration Information Center. Tel: 0570-013904.)
Notifications may also be submitted by mail.
