  • Within 14 days from the date of suspension or discontinuation (in the event that the support services are suspended or discontinued)

    (Note) The following notification format is for reference only, and it is not absolutely necessary to follow this format. However, please use this format where possible to avoid incomplete notifications.

  • Presentation of proof of identity (or enclose a copy of your identification if you mail it in)

    (Note) Depending on the content of the notification, additional proof may be required.

    * When suspending support services at some offices or resuming support services at new offices, use the Notification of changes in registration matters.

(Note) To avoid reducing the size of the copy, uncheck "Reduce page to fit paper size (K)" in the print dialog box before printing.

Where to submit Online:Notifications may be submitted online, through the Immigration Services Agency's e-Notification System. (Click here to be taken to the e-Notification page.) Advance user registration is required.
In person: The Regional Immigration Services Bureau (excluding airport offices) with jurisdiction over the head office address of the registered support organization (Please contact either a Regional Immigration Services Bureau or an Immigration Information Center (Tel: 0570-013904).)
Notification by standard mail: Enclose a copy of a document certifying your identity and forward all items to the Regional Immigration Services Bureau with jurisdiction over the head office address of the registered support organization. Please write "登録支援機関届出書在中" in Japanese in red on the front of the envelope.
Counter hours for in-person submission Weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (The day or time may vary depending on the procedure, so contact either the Regional Immigration Services Bureau or the Immigration Information Center (Tel: 0570-013904).)
Notifications may also be submitted by mail.
