Where to submit | Online:Notifications may be submitted online, through the Immigration Services Agency's e-Notification System. (Click here to be taken to the e-Notification page.) Advance user registration is required. In person:The Regional Immigration Services Bureau with jurisdiction over the head office address of the affiliated organization of the specified skilled workers (excluding airport offices). (Contact the Regional Immigration Services Bureau or Immigration Information Center. (Tel: 0570-013904.) Notification by standard mail: Enclose a copy of a document certifying your identity and forward all items to the Regional Immigration Services Bureau with jurisdiction over the head office address of the affiliated organization of the specified skilled workers. Please write "特定技能届出書在中" in Japanese in red on the front of the envelope. |
