Procedures in Mongolia (Summary)

In accordance with the Memorandum of Cooperation with Mongolia, the General Office for Labour and Social Welfare Services (GOLWS) serves as the sole dispatching organization. As such, those wishing to hire specified skilled foreign nationals from Mongolia must first enter into a contract with GOLWS.
The Mongolian procedures are currently being finalized by the relevant authorities. Once they have been confirmed, this website will be updated.

Application procedures

For those who wish to enter and reside in Japan with the "Specified Skilled Worker" status of residence, applications may be submitted to a Regional Immigration Services Bureau. For more information, please refer to the following pages.
