If you entered your e-mail address in the contact information field, you will receive an e-mail from the Tokyo Regional Immigration Services Bureau with the subject heading "仮予約受付 (Tentative Appointment)." In order to ensure that the message reaches your inbox, please add "@i.moj.go.jp" to your list of trusted senders.
