Opinion Box

The Immigration Services Agency is now accepting opinions and feedback from all residents regarding the coexistence policies in order to realize a society of harmonious coexistence with foreign nationals.

Do not use the Opinion Box for inquiries and consultations regarding immigration and residency procedures. Please contact one of the Immigration Information Centers by email (available in Japanese and English only) or telephone (available in multiple languages).

About submissions

1. Although we cannot, as a general rule, respond to the opinions and feedback we receive, we value the input we receive and use it for planning and policymaking.
2. Do not include any information in your feedback that makes it possible to identify any individuals. In order to realize a more inclusive society with foreign nationals, we may share received opinions and feedback with other ministries and agencies, or with the public.
